Booking a commission

All commissions are produced to the highest standard, My chosen materials are mainly coloured pencil, paintings and other mediums can be requested depending on the subject. listed below is my current 2025 price list. Commissions are delivered unframed however framing or mounts can be requested at a further cost.

securing your booking

Before confirmation of your booking, reference photos will be required of a high quality resolution to achieve the high standard of detailed work. If you are unsure on what makes a suitable reference photo this can be discussed before we confirm your booking. 

Once photos are agreed suitable to work from, an invoice will be sent requiring a 50% non-refundable deposit* before the work is booked in.  Once remaining balance has been received (stated on invoice), the finished artwork will be sent accordingly. With your drawing you will receive a certificate of authenticity and a thank you. 

*Payment can be made via Bank Transfer. Full details of which, will be provided on the invoice.

Timescale

Please allow 2-4 weeks completion period depending on the subject and the size you have requested. Please also take into consideration previous bookings I may still be working on, which may also affect when your booking will be finished. 

Any commissions needing to be done for a certain date please give me at least 2-3 months notice before this date, also taking into consideration time period of delivery. This can then be arranged accordingly. 

Delivery

Delivery is included in the price of your commission for UK clients only. 

Unfortunately I am not currently taking commissions for customers outside of the UK.

 Your portrait will be sent by royal mail 48hr, If you wish for this to be sent via a different or quicker service charges may apply. Once sent you will be provided with a tracking number to keep an eye on your parcel.
